Inquiry Management Overview

1.  Quick Sort & Filter

● Status: Switch tasks via "Ongoing/Accepted/Cancelled" tabs.

● Sorting: Sort by "Create" or "Departure" dates to prioritize urgent orders.

2.  Priority Tracking: Follow & Star

● Follow: Click "Follow" to add high-intent orders to your favorites.

● Visual Filter: Starred orders show a gold icon; use the star filter to display priority tasks only.

3.  Quoting Progress Monitoring

● Status Icons: Track airline feedback in real-time via list icons:

○ √ ：Number of aircraft with quotes.

○ -- ：Number of pending/unresponded requests.

○ × ：Number of rejected requests.

4.  IM & Notifications

● IM Alerts: The orange icon on the sidebar indicates new message notifications.

● Coverage: Stay updated on new quotes, price modifications, and operator comments instantly.

5.  Customer Notes & Identification

● Internal Notes: Agents can add internal notes for the team, such as client names or specific requests (e.g., WiFi onboard, morning departure).

● Quick ID: Helps the sales team quickly identify specific clients and their unique requirements across multiple inquiries.

6.  Supplemental Inquiries: More Options

● Rerun Search: For active orders, click "Rerun Search" to request additional quotes and provide clients with more options.

● Smart Selection: The system automatically filters out previously inquired aircraft to prevent duplicate requests and avoid disturbing operators.

7. Manual Quote Entry Guide

● Centralized External Quote Management

○ Extra Quote: Agents can manually enter operator quotes obtained from other external channels.

○ Unified View: Aggregate quotes from all sources under a single order for easier comparison and follow-up.

● Flexible Airport & Itinerary Selection○ Airport Switch: Supports entering quotes for different airports within the same city. If pricing varies by airport (e.g., WSSS vs WSSL in Singapore), agents can switch airports accordingly.

○ City Locked：To maintain consistency with the oal request, modifying city information is not allowed during manual entry.

● Flexible Aircraft Search Modes

○ By Reg. No.: Search directly by the operator's Part 135 aircraft registration number. (Note: Part 91 aircraft are currently not supported; contact us if a registration is missing.)

○ By Fleet: If the registration is unknown, select the "Operator + Fleet" combination instead.

● Bulk Entry & Data Integrity

○ Bulk Add: Supports clicking "Add Another Quotation" to input multiple quote plans in one go, significantly boosting efficiency.

○ Anti-Fraud Sync: All manually entered quotes are synced to the operator in real-time. (This mechanism prevents the forging of quotes and ensures the authenticity and fairness of platform transactions.)

8.  Create Quote

● Quote Integration & Pricing

○ Unified Quote：Agents can select multiple operator options to start the "Create Your Quote" process in one go.

○ Extra Quote：Allows manual entry of external options during creation to ensure a comprehensive quote.

● Flexible Markup：

○ Bulk adjust margins by "Amount" or "Percentage" based on the operator's base price.

○ Input final sales prices for better tracking and record-keeping.

● Branding & Customization

○ Company Branding：Upload your company logo (or auto-sync existing ones) to create professional, branded proposals.

○ Visual Preview：Real-time preview of plan details, including aircraft photos, amenities (WiFi, Pets), and itineraries.

● Dual Remarks：

○ Notes on individual plans：Add specific notes for individual aircraft (e.g., additional fee for smoking).

○ Overall description：Add global notes at the end, such as company intros or general terms.

● Quote Title：Enter a unique Quote Title (e.g., No.1) for easy retrieval and tracking later.

● One-click PDF Export

○ Save & Download：After a final check, click "Save & Download" to generate a polished PDF document.

○ Direct Sending：The downloaded PDF is ready to be sent directly to clients, speeding up the sales cycle.

9.  Plan Confirmation & Sync

● Accept & Confirm：Once a client chooses a plan, click "Accept" to instantly notify the operator of the confirmation.

● Syncing：Confirmation ensures information alignment between the agent and operator, paving the way for contracting.

10.  Confirmation & Incentives

● Confirmation：Click "Accept" once the client chooses a plan; the system will send a confirmation message to the operator.

● Incentives：Upload the signed contract under the "Incentives" tab; this serves as the primary proof for receiving in rebates.

● Re-upload：If the trip or plan changes, the corresponding contract must be re-uploaded.
